Bring Law and Order back to our streets: protect pedestrians from dangerous e-bike use

To the Legislative Assembly of Ontario:            

WHEREAS growing, under-regulated e-bike ridership has worsened road and sidewalk safety;

WHEREAS pedestrian lives and safety are threatened by the reckless and oftentimes criminally negligent operation of e-bikes;

WHEREAS the government has failed after many years to create a proper classification system for different types of e-bikes;

WHEREAS the government has not released the results of consultations with experts and community members on e-bike safety;
