On Thursday April 23, 2026, Councillor Gord Perks tried to ask the City Manager to develop a colouring book for the Premier so that he could take his feelings out with crayons instead of on the people of Toronto.
His motion might have been ruled out of order, but I ruled it in order and made the colouring book here.
