Watermain & Streetcar Track Replacement Update

Important Traffic Directions:

From July 16 to September 16 Dundas Street East will be restricted to ONE lane of westbound traffic only. If you are approaching the area from the west, you are encouraged to take Gerrard Street West and then travel south on Church Street.

Drivers entering / exiting the parking structures from Victoria Street / Victoria Lane will only be able to make a right turn onto westbound Dundas Street East; the first available turn is at Bay Street.

Tour Buses / Motor coaches: Specialized drop off zones will be made available to buses travelling to the Ed Mirvish theatre to allow for drop off and pick on Wednesdays during construction from July 17 – August 22. Signs will be posted in the area for Bus driver instructions; buses will not be able to park, just pick up and drop off only.

Businesses that receive deliveries via the lanes in the area may wish to contact their delivery providers to see if smaller vehicles are available during this window to allow for greater ease of movement in the area.
