The construction of four towers (57, 29, 33 & 29 storeys), a public park and a separate POPS (privately owned public space) featuring a mix of residential, hotel and retail uses. Project Description: Mixed Use development consisting of a total of four mixed-use towers ranging from 29 to 57 storeys in height. The proposal includes a public park on Dalhousie Street, a privately owned public space (“POPS”) on Mutual Street, and new mid-block east-west and north-south pedestrian connections, including a wide through-block ground floor retail gallery/pedestrian mews connecting the two proposed outdoor spaces and Queen Street East. Vehicular access to a five level underground parking garage is to be provided via two driveways; one from Mutual Street and the second from Dalhousie Street.
