This application proposes to permit the development of the site with a 29-storey (85.30 metres to top of mechanical penthouse) mixed-use tower containing 370 residential units, four levels of underground parking, 25,048 square metres of residential GFA and 503 square metres of non-residential GFA at 60 Shuter Street and 187-189 Church Street.
