The City is holding a Community Consultation meeting where you can learn more about this application and the proposed new park design, ask questions and share your comments.



The construction of four towers (54, 27, 28 & 28 storeys), a public park and a separate POPS (privately owned public space) featuring a mix of residential, hotel and retail uses. A total of 1,546 dwelling units are proposed. The four new buildings would be oriented along a proposed north-south midblock pedestrian connection
