Area residents and community members are invited to the City Planning community consultation for the development application submitted for 767-773 Yonge Street. The application proposes a new 48-storey mixed use building. The project is proposed to contain 257 dwelling units and 320m2 of non-residential floor area on the first floor. The proposed density is 19.9 times the area of the lot.
City Planning and the developer will present the area policies, details of the application, and receive input from the public to assist in the review and assessment of the proposal.
