A Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a new 25-storey (119.7 metres) office building in the middle of the block. The footprint of the new office building would replace some of the existing retail uses along Front Street East. The existing buildings fronting on King Street East, Princess Street, and Berkeley Street would remain in place. Approximately 50,873 square metres of new gross floor area is proposed, as well as 161 new parking spaces and 213 new bicycle parking spaces to support the new development.
