Proposal to demolish the existing Seaton House, a 634 bed men's shelter, and construct a new 9-storey institutional building that will provide 378 long term care beds, 130 transitional assisted living beds, 100 emergency shelter beds, 21 affordable housing units and a 4,000 m2 community service hub.
